We are both completely passionate about travel and have between us over 30 years' experience in the travel industry! We created The Travel Concept in 2006 because we felt there was a need for an independent travel agent specialising in bespoke holidays offering our clients an appointment service at a convenient time and location.  We believe the secret to a truly fantastic holiday is first-hand experience and attention to detail - it's the little things we do that make a big difference!

We constantly strive to keep ourselves well trained and well-travelled however we won't always have first-hand experience of every destination or hotel but we pride ourselves in finding someone who has.   This could be from one of our trusted travel industry partners or from one of our own client's experiences.  We will always give you honest advice and be competitive with our pricing.
