Really appreciate all your time, effort and no doubt bloody hard work and at times midnight phone calls you put into getting us away on our trip. I just wanted to say a big thank you for finding me and Cohen the perfect holiday! Everything was brilliant, the hotel, the room, the food, the entertainment and the little resort that it all sat in! The weather was a bit rubbish but it didn't ruin anything for us! I would highly recommend the hotel to any family, the reps/entertainment team were brilliant. They made a real fuss of the kids and the kids adored them! The hotel had everything that you would need for kids, right down to a special room for changing nappies, sterylising bottles etc, it was just brilliant! We will definately be going back next year, I just might take some extra help next time!!

“Living near Edinburgh and using a travel agent hundreds of miles away may not seem like the obvious starting point when planning a wedding / honeymoon / holiday of a lifetime. However, I had received a personal recommendation from a colleague who is a frequent visitor to Mauritius to explore Tracy & Bianca’s at The Travel Concept’s knowledge and service. It seemed rude not to at least pick up the phone to them and I would urge anyone to do the same. Piecing together a wedding in Mauritius and a visit to Dubai was a daunting task until Tracy started to guide us through the maize of resorts and options.
Her personal knowledge of Mauritius, willingness to liaise with the wedding co-ordinator and airline to smooth out all the finer detail in our plans was nothing short of fantastic. The result was the most unforgettable experience at The Paradis Hotel & Golf club. With only one wedding per day guaranteed (and only one that week) and with an experienced, friendly and confident wedding co-ordinator, we were treated like stars. The food, service and choice of activities were all beyond our wildest dreams – the sunsets amazing and beaches as clean and safe as you could wish for. Hotel recommendations in both destinations were exactly what were looking for – Tracy even managed to persuade the airline to make extra allowance for our wedding clothes.
