We collect and process personal information including your contact details, financial information, travel documents details and other information required in order to provide you with the travel package that you have requested or to advise you on suitable travel packages.  We may share your information with the organisations responsible for your travel arrangements in order that they can fulfil their contract. This will include sharing your information with organisations in your destination country regardless of whether the country is in the European economic area.  We will always make clear to you which organisations and countries are involved prior to booking.

In addition, we may, with your consent, retain your contact details for the purpose of sending you marketing information.  Except as described above (or where required by law), your information will not be shared with any third parties.

We shall only retain your information for as long as is needed.  We do offer an option for us to retain some of your personal information, including details of travel documents, for a longer period as part of our service to you.  You may opt out of this additional service at any time.

We fully respect your rights as a data subject under current UK and EU data protection law.  These include your rights to obtain a copy of the data, to opt out or withdraw consent and to have us correct or erase data under certain circumstances.  If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details above.
